Who we are
Future skills, built hands-on in the heart of Dubai.
Ascend EdTech is the education arm of Ascend, based at Sport Society Mall in Mirdif. We teach children and teens to build, code and create through two academies, Robotics & AI and Game Design & Development, on a campus with a dedicated robotics lab, a pro gaming arena and streaming rooms.
Winter Camp brings both academies together: one week, two tracks, and a finished project to show at the end.

Robotics & AI + Minecraft Gaming
One camp, two hands-on adventures. Champs design, build and code a robot in Robotics & AI, then plan, build and power their own world in Minecraft Gaming: 10 hours of each across five days, finishing with a showcase.

Two technical tracks in one camp. Students program a sensor-driven robot in Robotics & AI, then build and playtest a 1v1 arena in Game Development using Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN).

Who is Winter Camp 2026 for?
Two age groups. Junior Camp (ages 6 to 12) combines Robotics & AI with Minecraft Gaming. Senior Camp (ages 12+) combines Robotics & AI with Game Development in Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN).
How does the lucky draw work?
Everyone who registers through the form is entered into the lucky draw. 1st prize is a free scholarship, 2nd prize a 50% scholarship and 3rd prize a 25% scholarship. Exciting offers are also available for everyone who enrolls. Terms apply.
How long is the camp?
Five days and 20 hours in total: 10 hours of Robotics & AI and 10 hours of game creation.
When is the camp and how much does it cost?

Where does the camp take place?
At Ascend EdTech, Unit L2-312, Sport Society Mall, Mirdif, Dubai, in our robotics lab and gaming arena.
Do we need to bring a laptop or any kit?
No. Robots, kits, PCs and software are all provided on site.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. Every camper presents their project at a final showcase and receives a completion certificate.
Can my child continue after the camp?
Yes. Campers can continue into our 3, 6 or 12 month courses in Robotics & AI or Game Design & Development.
